Meeting began 9:55 p.m., ended 11:30 p.m.

Those present: Rick Sample; Joy Yee; Glen Foster; Bert Langdon; Bruce Gourley; and Jen VanCamp.

1. Talked of agenda
2. Review finances – by Glen. We currently have $71,741.19 in bank accounts.
3. Asked to present notes and get opinions-set ranking of priorities.
4. Need to set a budget
5. Passport 2011 in San Francisco
6. $2600 given in grants for Passport persons.
7. Possible retreat for next year’s meeting first part of April 2011.
8. Plan to have 2012 meeting in Tucson/Douglas area.
9. Jen reported on National Coordinating Council meeting.
10. Report of January 11-12 CBF West Council meeting in Lompoc.
11. Announcement of Regional meeting in room 209 A 4:30-5:30 Friday.
12. Recommended a onetime donation of $500 to Spanish Publishing House.

1.       4:30 P.M. Moderator Rick Sample called the meeting to order.

1. Everyone was asked to introduce themselves.
2. Rick reported on International work in the Bay Area.
3. Report of the meeting of the Coordinating Council on June 23 9 p.m.-12 a.m.
4. Report of Annual Meeting in Boise, Idaho.
5. Rick introduced Coordinator Glen Foster for his report
6. Rick introduced Bruce Gourley to reflect on the Boise meeting.
7. Dr. Mamie Oliver presented as nominee to serve on National Coordinating Council beginning in October 2011.
8. Jen VanCamp presented the way to get into FaceBook.
9. Joy Yee handed out notes/minutes from the Boise meeting – listed on poster: goals, expectations, dreams, what we want to do as an organization.
   1. Trailer for disaster relief:$7,500 from CBF West $2,500 from National CBF.
