On Sunday, February 5, Okhee Chang was licensed to the ministry at Mountainview Community Fellowship in Boise, Idaho. Dr. Mamie Oliver, pastor of Mountainview, officiated the licensing, as did Glen Foster, Coordinator of the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship West.
